Briana is a Paediatric Neurologist, who graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2012, before commencing her basic paediatric training in South Australia. She went on to complete her paediatric neurology training at both the Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne with subspecialty fellowships in both epilepsy and neuromuscular medicine.

Briana is able to manage a wide variety of neurological presentations in children and adolescents, such as headache, tics, migraine and epilepsy, but has particular interest and experience in neuromuscular disorders as well as neurogenetics. She is currently working through a PhD at the University of Adelaide and is employed at the university teaching 5th year medical students. Outside of neurology, she is passionate about global health and travels to Malawi to deliver paediatric teaching to medical students.
